When orders were placed through the WooCommerce shop, an integration platform was not guaranteeing that they were loaded in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP system, and inventory levels were not changed to reflect the sale. The integration of shipping and tracking information between the two systems was not done effectively, therefore there was a requirement for manual data entry and processing.
Volpes already had a Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP and Captivix helps them to customized it as per their need as they were facing several issues in a number of settings. As Microsoft Dynamics NAV is designed primarily for small and medium-sized enterprises, it offered Volpes with the features they need, together with the modifications they desired, at a price they could afford.
Captivix also provides the UNO WooCommerce Plugin to sync their products, inventories, and orders between their WooCommerce website and NAV.
eCommerce functionality on their website, combined with ERP brings visibility to product and inventory data, helping to improve productivity, reporting and customer experience.
Volpes the flexibility with the data integrity they were looking for, as well as data security so that input is not accidentally changed or deleted. NAV automatically calculates costs and other accounting functions so that it keeps everything clean.
The mobile app and improved eCommerce functionality is helping Brentano’s to rise to the challenge of a 25% sales increase and improved customer service.

Now that they have customized NAV with WooCommerce plugin automatically pulling inventory, availability and shipped orders onto the website, it’s just done by API and they don’t have to touch it. In fact, it was one of the key points of NAV for Volpes because having that near real-time information for their reps is key. It helps them speaking with clients because they know that the information is current and correct – rather than calling into customer service; it just saves a lot of time and headaches.”
