The Background

Our client developed a one-of-a-kind solution that boosts positive brand recognition through employee advocacy. Their customers’ users (employees and human resources) leverage the power of their combined social network sites to establish successful advocacy initiatives in a matter of minutes. Furthermore, the system records the amount of posts and shares, giving data to help them modify and polish their social media business strategies.

Advocacy Marketing Made Simple was Xmplifi’s guiding concept. A complicated set of features, on the other hand, made it difficult for the sales staff to convey product benefits to prospects. Furthermore, too cumbersome processes were lowering new client adoption rates.

In addition, instead of a big new product launch, our customer wanted a gradual, or phased, deployment.

The Challenges

Due to the high degree of complexity, it is difficult to demonstrate product functioning to prospects and possible investors. Content management and sharing process time-consuming, with repetitive processes requiring several clicks. Due to the difficulty of the onboarding procedure for new clients, new user adoption rates were low. They also predicted that limited user uptake would result in a high attrition rate. Due to many background operations and a large volume of ongoing data creation, the platform performs poorly. Internal business restrictions required a staged, incremental implementation.

The Solution

  • Deploy a full service ERP system with WMS capabilities to streamline operations.
  • Implement a fully functional eCommerce website to support the sales team and improve customer experience.

Utilized our unique Big Picture, Chunk Down analytic methodology.

Implemented a comprehensive approach centred on three important areas: simpler communications, streamlined procedures, and improved technology platforms.
Improved over complicated user experience with intuitive workflow process.

After deciding that AWS (Amazon Web Services) was the appropriate solution to fulfil our client’s long-term objectives, we implemented auto-scale architecture on the AWS (Amazon Web Services) cloud computing platform.

Without reinventing the wheel, we provided content managers with a comprehensive solution. This was done by combining current material aggregation technologies with our own Content Curating Module.

Tiny URL generator was included into the client’s array of product capabilities. This enhanced performance while lowering expenses by eliminating the need for an expensive third-party provider.

To satisfy their demand for phased rollout, I created a rolling launch project management design.

The Result

Xmplifi’s digital presence transformed from a complex, out of date website to an engaging platform for users. Cloud computing, an agile approach, and cooperative teamwork helped Xmplifi not only advance their technology but move closer to fulfilling their mission of improving brand awareness through employee advocacy.
